The World Cup Thread.....

All of our assemblers have this stuff blaring on radios out on the shop floor in spanish. Its giving me a headache. :grin:
 
I'm assuming it was the shitty Saudi carrier pigeons that made the game freeze every 5 minutes and not the SA feed?

Shit game but I fully plan on getting fucked in the next10 minutes then bouncing down to the rec to watch the france game :embarrassed:
 
I watched most of the first half on my lunch. Pretty even at this point. France is showing a pretty tough defense thus far..

Yeah. They just don't score goals (they barely qualified for the world cup) lately, which in itself is mindboggling considering the players they have at their disposal. :messedup:
That said, France has been playing a lot better this match now than in a long time.

France will drop out of the tournament swiftly if they don't start attacking more. It's at best naive thinking that Anelka, Ribery and Henry will win matches on their own. :wink:

Uruguay needs to find a way to get the ball to Forlan down by the net. Other wise they will not be scoring today...
