Boiling my chicken for the next few days now.
So I'm at 250. That was my goal for the start of school and we are two weeks out from my first day of class (I'm already in meetings and rehearsals but my target date was August 18th.
One thing that I did run across is that I most likely have something called "Anterior Pelvic Tilt" that is causing most of my hip, low back, and knee pain. YouTube shorts for the win. Some stretching and core strengthening exercises and I'm doing much better already.
Mrs. Wein bought some of the Ryze mushroom coffee stuff off of an instagram ad, so I figured I would try that and see what it does. Just started today. Tastes like someone pooped in a dirty muffler and then made coffee from it.
My next goal is 240 by the end of the year (it will probably happen sooner but I'm trying to be reasonable) and then we'll see what the Doctor says at my next physical. I'm feeling better, and I'm no longer physically craving unhealthy foods.
Find a place that has the Dr Scholl's machine and buy the inserts it recommends. I laid out huge money for foot Dr appointments and custom orthotics many year in the past. The Dr Scholl's inserts work better and are much less expensive.It wasn’t a blister. It was heel pain, likely due to the tightness and plantar fasciitis.
I’m still walking with a limp and it hurts like a m’fer, but only when I walk.
Yeah, getting old sucks.
Passive squats have been helping me immensely. There are a million videos on this (or "Asian squats"). Just started doing passive deadhangs at the gym and between these two exercises and the APT stuff I've been improving.
I hope not
