I don’t even need Mono bags. I don’t actually take instruments out of the house. I just want to keep dust from getting into the pots and making them scratchy.

I read somewhere that dust is mostly human skin so, obviously, get rid of as many humans as you can. Also, the more basses you have, the longer it will take for the same supply of dust to affect any of them. You're welcome.

I've got a boxed set with one of the Marshall mics and a pen condenser and they work great.... especially with my Studio VTB1 tube preamp. (XLRs are on the back).

Wow. Several years ago, I bought a Chinese, SX-branded strat for $100. The fret work looks a lot like that...but it was $100. One of these days I'm going to try my hand at doing a re-fret on that guitar.
