i think there is going to be a hardware upgrade on the mac minis but i'm not positive....
According to the mac upgrade advisor page, you should wait.
MAC MINI
Recommendation: Don't Buy - Updates soonLast Release: June 15, 2010
DAYS SINCE LAST UPDATE: 399 (Avg = 248
The only thing I don't like about my mini is only 4 usb ports. A regular keyboard, mouse, and time machine take up 3 leaving me with only 1 free. Unless of course you spring for the wirless mac keyboard and wireless mouse to free up some usb. I did not.
I want to go back to a Mac but at this time cannot justify it since all of my work software is PC based - ugh.....
Lion is already available through the App Store. Downloaded it this morning. Also new Mac Minis are supposed to ship this week fwir.
