My #1 choice is still being left out on the tundra somewhere and eaten by wolves, but there's no discussion of legalizing that yet.

Sky burial sounds cool, but there are a lot more dead people to process than there are vacant mountaintops around.

Besides, what's a Sherpa going to charge to tote Gram all the way up a mountain? Quite a bit I'm guessing.

Free climbing El Cap would be a cool way to go, but I would fall at such a low level, and still die, that it would be embarrassing. If only it had a nice long crack starting at the bottom that could take you the whole way up.

Climbers get pretty pissed (rightfully so!) about people leaving garbage or poop, etc at a crag, leaving a corpse will probably ruffly some feathers.

Yeah I noticed in the Tommy Caldwell El Cap documentary on Netflix that they now poop into little bags while hanging their ass off the side of a portaledge. They used to just poop off the side and let it fall down to the bottom.

I saw that a while back at the banff film fest (in pasadena, not banff). That route used to be called Boogie Till You Puke, and was renamed Boogie Till You Poop in honor of Jason Kruk (the climber in that clip)

I've never experienced the stress/hangover climbing poop, but I have a friend that I've personally witnessed sharting while doing a big dynamic move

Yup, i watched an alex honnold interview and I youtubed it after he mentioned BTYP. You hate to see it but it's funny. It is. Isn't it funny? It's funny.

poop is always funny! unless I'm cleaning it up, then it's super gross.

I just watched it and realized I poopsplained what was posted on screen in the video in text! talk about putting your poopfoot in your poopmouth!
