College football jam.....

I have been trying to stay realistic and not get over excited about Notre Dame this year, but they just dominated MSU in a way I wasn't expecting.

Purdue is 1:1 so far, and that is probably a good representation of their coming season. I anticipate a finish near the bottom end of the big ten.

2-1 now! Boiler Up!

Oh and the obligatory FUCK NOTRE DAME. Rapist pricks.

Mrs, Rev is a huge Notre Dame fan. She has been pretty miserable the last decade or so, but shes pretty happy right now.

Is Brian Kelly still at Notre Dame? If so FUCK HIM.

Sent from my iPhone at a Tijuana donkey show.

Jake and Kerouac....... :helper:

Rev, ND and MSU are the two teams I root for.. I always have a tough time when they play each other, but I end up rooting for the Irish. I always want a competative game and if both teams play well Im not upset with either outcome.

WVU had another convincing win this weekend against JMU.

Our real season hasn't really started yet, though.

I watched a little bit of that game, they looked really good. I'm interested to see how they do against a little stiffer competition. The quarterback has been impressive so far.

I thought MSU was good this year, then they lost to ND pretty convincingly. I'm always suspect of MSU's rankings, though, because that team is bipolar.

PSU on the other hand finally won a game, but it was against Navy. And for the record, I always suspect PSU's rankings (no problem with that this year!!), because they haven't had a consistent offense in 18 years.

He really has. I think he has thrown 9 touchdowns and only has 9 incomplete passes in about 6 quarters of play.

With the exception of Alabama, I don't think there are any good college football teams this year. LSU's untested, as is Oregon.

USC just looked scared in that last drive. Maybe Stanford's the real deal. Can they beat Oregon?
MSU looked like a HS team. I think the best team in the Big Ten right now is either Northwestern or Purdue.
ULMonroe almost beat another SEC team. They really have only two elite teams.
OSU almost got beat by Cal.
Wisconsin is just bad.

God, I love college football.

WTF happened to Virginia Tech? :ack:

I guess you haven't been following Tech for the last 20 years or so. Every year they will loose to the least likely team on their schedule. For some reason, they can't get up for teams they should beat easily.

Truth, it's never a bad day to bet against VT.
