1997 Peavey Wolfgang Standard

Heres a 1st year peavey Wolfgang standard arch top serial # under 2500 of 1st run patent pending with ohsc, the case is damaged but functions as it should, Ive owned 8 of these over the 25 years been collecting, this is the best of all of them, in my opinion the 1st year they were just made better,the birds eye maple neck also the best one I've seen as well,and with that said this one plays better than any i have had, it has emg 81-85 pickups installed which is the best thing i ever did to change them out,i have 1 of the original pups left some how lost the other, its been years.The guitar is in excellent condition in my opinion for a guitar of its age, some buckle rash and a small ding or two but its an amazing guitar who ever gets this will not be dissapointed

I dislike the Floyd, the emgs and the namesake. Also, it just looks.... Wrong somehow. I agree with bsman. The gold looks terrible (and I'm a huuuuge fan of goldtops) and the Birdseye just doesn't work with it. May be a great guitar, but I wouldn't give it a second look.

That's generally for the flattops. Around $1k would be pretty good for one of these.
