Thank you for the responses, led me on the right path. It's a 02' 12 string country gent prototype essentially. Pretty cool, might go for it as it's probably more easily sellable or trade worthy than what I'm trading.

Got offered this just recently in a trade. It looks newish, seemingly well made, it does look like an actual ebony fretboard, the zero nut is an interesting touch, on a basic search I don't see much that's the same. Most concerning is the lack of serial number on the headstock. Thoughts welcome!
