I like the birds and moons better than plain dots or rectangles, if you are going to have fret markers. I don't mind fret markers but am just as happy to have none on the McCrae.

Well...at first I thought it was the Schecter xxx model from 15-20 years ago(thinking back, I think cocaine was a hard driver for the guitar designers for them back then, considering the times), it's a clever idea actually. Not exactly tasteful, but it was a thing to try by someone haha.

If nothing else it's a conversation starter.

That is so shit that I think I like it. I wonder what the headstock is like? Last week (I think?) Howie posted a tacky ass telecaster covered in crocodile hide and with two bridge pickups and a brass pickguard. I think I would put this neck on that guitar.
