College football jam.....

Amazingly - CU actually beat a team! And it was an actual PAC12 college team! And on the road even! Apparently Washington State has a worse defense than CU, though I'm not sure it is actually possible. Fluke or not, any win is better than 0 - 12. Especially considering their next 6 games are all against teams in the top 25 or just outside of the top 25.

I also heard from somewhere that Michigan lost....

I watched that game too. There defense didn't look to impressive. The offensive is kind of just the quarterback. They are going to run into some trouble when they get deeper into their schedule.

Did I mention Michigan lost? :embarrassed:

Their offense is actually much better than they played on Saturday. I mean, the QB is the heart of it, but we've got a couple of top notch receivers and a running back as well. They just didn't play like top tier players this weekend.

The defense needs to learn how to tackle, though. That's been a problem for WVU for years.

I saw a little of that game right before we crashed the dildo party.

When I was watching, WSU was whooping them, but CU had some momentum.

It seems both WVU and Baylor brought their offense, but neither brought defense. 3 minutes left in the 3rd quarter and the score is WVU 56 Baylor 42.

Gino Smith has more touchdown passes than incompletions.

Wow. Just wow.

Final score... WVU 70, Baylor 63.

Gino Smith was 45/51 for 656 yards and 8 touchdowns.

I was starting to feel sick last night watching the USC Kentucky game. Luckily South Carolina got their helmets out of their butts during halftime. :thu:

I keep expecting WVU to get their asses handed to them. I'm starting to think they may actually be deserving of their top 10 ranking. They are about to knock off Texas.

I wish i knew more about college football, i'd like to place a few wagers on it.

Can i talk about that anymore? :embarrassed:

PSU mounted a hell of a comeback today to take down the, um, always mighty Northwestern (they were 5-0, but against some bad opponents...they're now 5-1).

I saw a team I love to see lose lose. That was a plus.

Unfortunately ND won.

Oregon is in the process of absolutely crushing the Huskies right now. Coach from Alabama can complain, but the Ducks are effective with that offense. I wished for better from the Huskies, but they turned it over repeatedly against a superior team.

That was a great game. I hope PSU sticks it to the NCAA and gets ranked every year the are on probation.

Oregon will be shown to be the fraud they always are, as soon as they play someone decent.

It was an exciting game, and as a UT grad, I was disappointed at the loss. WV's quarterback is someone to watch.
