You'll probably have the same reaction I did a year and a half ago - facepalming yourself for not doing this earlier. :embarrassed:
The difference during a gig is monumental. The programming part can be a bit of a bitch but soooo worth it.

Yep, backwards compatible is something that doesn't exist when it comes to pedalboards.
I've been using the T-Rex boards and they just changed their design COMPLETELY between versions and their new brackets don't work with any previous versions. :embarrassed:

Well, now I need to try and either fabricate something new or find a way to build out what I have.

I got it about half wired up and started making mistakes with the George L cables so I knocked off with it half done. Turns out I need to go to GC tomorrow to get more cable and an AC daisy chain too. I thought i had all this stuff but some of it might be in my storage unit and I'm not digging through that tomorrow.

3 - I hate trying to hit pedals in the back row of my pedalboard on the fly. I almost never use my pinnacle deluxe for this reason and if I am using my delay or reverb the sounds stay on for entire songs.

Friday before Halloween, I went to see somebody that used to play bass with my bro in law. Our table was right next to the band and, I was sitting right next to the guy playing rhythm guitar. I just marveled at the fact that his angled pedalboard was level, on the top of his amp, that was on an amp stand. Just made me curious if he always did it like that or, was it because he was wearing clown shoes to go with the rest of his costume. Thought of you. :grin:

Mini versions of pedals make no sense at all, you just have to put them farther apart to be able to use them. Unless you have what you just got.
