National Football League 2019

Ok, good! Finished it out. Fumble recovery on the kickoff return with 14 seconds left. Game over!

I love Carson, and the team of Carson and Penny. I love strong running football and good D. I hope things keep coming together and injuries don't become a factor.

Brady's not a prima donna - he is well documented as not above it all, and the crap he went through in his college/draft days has never worn off. He sees himself as 'never being an elite player.' His irritating antics to me are ... well, I guess: being boring. His obsession with winning has somehow gotten stale in the absence of any other context.

At least Belichick's obsession with winning is framed by a profound love of the game (he obviously cares about more than just what he is involved with).

And Kraft - just a sort of typical narcissistic rich guy.

The reality is that Boston fans don't really root for individual players as much as they participate in the culture of 'being a Boston fan.'

How about now?
I knew they were going to lose once I sent that text. I also know it's going to rain if there is a cloud in the sky and I get my truck washed.
If Baker keeps his mouth closed a little, I'm rooting for them to succeed. I also like the job Tomlin has done with his extremely depleted roster for Pittsburgh.

As a SuperSonics fan, and a Seahawks fan, I had to really enjoy this. Even if the audio is a little out of sync.

Ain't that right, Shawn?

I have to admit that during the game, a similar thought crossed my mind. Very hard to see the ball. RS confirmed same. I think the black uniforms were more of an issue than the color of Jacksons arms. :conf:

Today's Pats game will be telling. I had feared the Houston game, but if we don't put forth a good defensive effort here, I'll be very circumspect about the rest of the season.

Brady needs a diaper change.
