Finally able to see decent again; still not what it was. I have a haze in my left eye I can't get rid of.

On the good side, the doc said it'll go away. Also, there is no tear or detachment, but a very close call, and could still happen. I have to take it easy and go back in two weeks.

The laser zaps are VERY unnerving.

When I had my Argon Laser Trabeculoplasty done, each time the laser fired, I could hear and "feel" water molecules exploding in my eyeball... so NOT cool.

Wasn't that bad for me. The lens dealy that he sat directly on my eye was uncomfortable, and of course each zap is searingly bright. About every third one came with a little extra dull pain.

The big surprise was that I had imagined 3-4 zaps, and it was closer to 80. :messedup:
 
I stared into bright lights while dilated for two days, while these guys and their assistants all took looks and tried to take pictures. Nystagmus is so severe, they couldn't get a decent shot so they tried again and again. You wouldn't think so, but I was exhausted by the end of the second day.
