OK. The theme is to record a song from the year you were born. You don't have to follow the theme if you don't want to, but it gives a little format to the event.

Have your songs in by April 26th and the reveal will be posted April 27th!

That is always my concern, especially when you are looking at songs from the 60's. I found one that has been covered a lot so it's not so much of an untouchable. I wont be doing it at all like the original.

That's how I usually do it. I seem to always pick songs I've never played before.
