Reb Beach is a technically better guitarist than George but George is Dokken as far as I'm concerned.
 
I always thought that Lynch wrote all those riffs, but listen to the first Lynch Mob album, then listen to the solo Don Dokken album. The guitar rhythm's on Don's solo album sound just like Lynch-era Dokken. The Lynch Mob album, no.

Beach is an amazing player, but I agree the Lynch was Dokken and anyone else in that band after George is the 'replacement' guitarist. I like Beach's playing more than Lynch, FWIW.

That has more to do with Don putting the clamps down and saying "stick to the formula!" Which is one of George's reasons for leaving.
