
Yeah, that's the thing. I do have the space (not 75 acres, but 6), and nice neighbors. If we did it in the spring or fall, we'd have the entire top of the barn (which is big enough for a basketball court, a music room, and a bar), the yard, the pool area, the house, a good-sized patio, etc. Something to keep in mind if people ever want to travel to the DC area.That sucks but I completely understand. If only my grandparents didn't sell the house we used to have on 75 acres in the Shenandoah Valley. That would have been a perfect place to do it.

There are quite a few of us in the DC area. We should do something.

I could make the trip to the DC area.
I think not hosting for a few years might take the stigma off of it for me.
7 years straight (I think) it just becomes overbearing.![]()
