The ProAnalog MKIII is the tonebender circuit they review mostly.

What type of pedal is the Way Huge Saucy Box? I will see if I have one that does something similar and try it. I think this pedal will be easier to shape to play my old Fender Concert as compared to my Lil' Big Muff. (though I do get a good sound from the Muff through the Concert. Just not all that diverse). I like the Muff especially well with my Peavey C-30, which seems to be a little more Lo-Fi in its pedal taste.

@jelloman can tell you . He is a big fan of the Saucy Box. If you don't have something similar, MF has them for the stupid deal from time to time.

It's a soft clipping overdrive with a clean blend. Note that the clean blend is a trimpot and there are a few other trimpots inside which can make it difficult to dial in. People either love them or get frustrated by them.

Is the clean blend a separate clean channel? I have my BYOC based screamer clone, with a clean boost built in, which can be blended in before or after the overdrive. Might have a similar effect.

This old video has boost added in before and after if you search around in it. He starts adding boost around 4:45 or so.

The Saucy Box isn't a TS with a clean blend, but they can definitely run over the same territory. Especially if yours has the Reutz mod, which I think it does.

It got here already. I thought it was supposed to be used? Looks more like open box or something to me. So it appears 63 shipped for apparently new. I just pulled it out of the plastic and there is not a mark on it. Will try it over the weekend.

You bought it from ProAudioStar, right? Lots of retailers are marking their new products used instead of new on Reverb so they can sell them for less than MAP. It's the new dirty little secret of the retail industry and all the medium sized retailers are doing it.
