HOLY SHIT!
Nice run, man.... NICE RUN!
You Rock Dude. It must be that only having the one ball helps with endurance. Not bad for a guy on chemotherapy, if I do say so myself, thank you very much.

0AM (right now usually 28 - 30 degrees) and pitch dark, and it is dark shortly after I get home. I am trying to figure out something though....Awesome!
I am pretty much screwed as far as consistent training goes. It is too cold to run at 50AM (right now usually 28 - 30 degrees) and pitch dark, and it is dark shortly after I get home. I am trying to figure out something though....

Dude. No excuse. I have a headlamp and insulated running tights. I run in the dark (this morning at 5:30), and as cold as down to the low teens. I also bought carbide studded shoe cover for running in the ice and snow.
If you want to run, you can run. You just have to want it.
No pressure.

Before I invest in carbide studded shoe covers, I'll just pop a movie in the DVD player and run on the damned treadmill.![]()
The treadmill is like death to me. :(
I tried it once. Got two miles in, and wanted to kill myself. I have friends who run 20 mile long runs on treadmills when they can't get outside. CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE?????
I have spent 4 or more hours on a treadmill doing my longer runs when last year. It was misery.
What's up with treadmills? Just boring?

Boring, tedious, and no sense of accomplishment.
When I run 10 miles on a trail or on the road, I can look at where I've been and how far I've gone and feel a sense of pride.
If I run 10 miles on the treadmill, I haven't seen a damned thing or gone anywhere at all.![]()
