I'm obsessed with pedals lately.

That is, unfortunately, the thought process. Especially with the older MIJ Boss pedals. They sell for big bucks.....

the reason some of those pedals sell for ridiculous prices is because BOSS refuses to reissue them. but something like an MIJ DS-1 isn't really worth much because even though the new ones sound like shit, they keep making them.

i changed my avatar on FB to get into the Catalinbread contest for the new DLS. i doubt i'll win, but you never know.

If I buy anything I don't need it'll probably be a DLS. Funny enough I have about half the money in gift cards from fathers day sitting around.

I got close to $200 for my analog delay last year.

right. they don't make an analog delay anymore.

Yeah. That was a good pedal but not right for me. The Carbon Copy is more my speed for that sort of thing. I'll probably re-buy one if I build a second smaller board since I was an idiot and sold mine to Tom. At least I can get those for cost.

Well, threaten Tom in his meathead face if he doesn't sell it back to you!

i really like my Jacques Prisoner. though i dunno what i'd get if it stopped working. i haven't been able to find another small box modulated delay with variable rate and depth controls.

My needs on a daily basis are much simpler. In reality the Eventide is most useful to me because of the presets and I like how it sounds but I only have four sounds programmed and none of them really use the full capabilities of the unit. I'd probably buy another one of my board was lost of stolen for the cover gigs though. For the smaller board for blues and roots music that I want to eventually do the Carbon Copy would be perfect.

My Boss Me-50 died in the wet at a Bluesfest a couple of months back and I dont have any workable pedals at the moment. I just dont know what to go for after having the ME-50 for 10 years. I"M SO CONFUSED!
