how much do you spend for a haircut these days

hobo

simple guitar player
just got back from getting one
cost about 10 bucks ¥1000 to be exact
but the real cost of one in town average about 27 bucks for a cut, shave and shampoo

There's a great old-school barber around here that's $14 for a proper haircut, straight-razor neck shave, and scalp/shoulder massage.

30 bucks :embarrassed: i only get it cut about every 6 months and the person who cuts it is one of the few i've found that doesn't EVER mess up. She's usually booked about 3months in advance as well.

I'm a baldy with a goatee.

I go get a number 1 cut and beard trim at the neighborhood CostCutter from the same girl every month or so. I pay 20 bucks, plus a 5 buck tip, but that also includes a 10-15 minute scalp massage with Tea Tree conditioner. This girl also massages my neck with the lather, uses her fingernails lightly on the scalp, and applies a hot towel around my face while massaging around the forehead and sinuses. By far the most pleasant physical experience besides actually having sex, and sometimes it comes pretty close. :embarrassed:

Worth every penny. :thu:

$50 or $60 dollars....but i usually get it during lunch in manhattan... a good haircut in manhattan is never cheap... if i go on the weekend to my local spot its $20

ten bucks at the old man barber shop. 5 bucks for the tip and usually anohter 10 bucks gambling on whatever the old men are gamblin on
