how much do you spend for a haircut these days

I don't advise a haircut, man. All hairdressers are in the employment of the government. Hairs are your aerials. They pick up signals from the cosmos, and transmit them directly into the brain. This is the reason bald-headed men are uptight.

Hence...

a recent, wis tful moment:

(apparently, i cannot type s-t-f-u without it replacing it with that goddamn image.)

£5 from a nice Pakistani man down the road from my place. He tells me how terrible things are politically in Pakistan, I listen. Pretty good deal all round. :embarrassed:

I'm a baldy with a goatee.

I go get a number 1 cut and beard trim at the neighborhood CostCutter from the same girl every month or so. I pay 20 bucks, plus a 5 buck tip, but that also includes a 10-15 minute scalp massage with Tea Tree conditioner. This girl also massages my neck with the lather, uses her fingernails lightly on the scalp, and applies a hot towel around my face while massaging around the forehead and sinuses. By far the most pleasant physical experience besides actually having sex, and sometimes it comes pretty close. :embarrassed:

Worth every penny. :thu:

Pretty creepy, Feepy.

...$15 plus tip...I would love to find one of those old school barbers for a shave and a hair cut...

Hairdressers are leeches up here. About $35 for a regular cut/trim.
Then again, I haven't cut mine in well over a year. :embarrassed:

Lots of the prices are determined by the area. Where my wife's salon is she gets $19 for a mens haircut. That's about average.

Yet - 20 minutes west of us in Bethlahem PA - mens cuts are between $28 and $35 - also the womans cuts and services are more. We've considered getting a second salon over there.

Yeah, I can imagine.

My last haircut consisted of me grabbing my ponytail and hacking the split ends off with the first pair of scissors I found around the house. They usually consist of my wife trimming the sides with my beard trimmer. Havent gone to a real hairdresser in......hmm.....12 years at least, I think.

Another buzzer here; once a week. It's basically psychological preparation for going bald. :embarrassed:

+1 cost me zero and I don't have to wait or drive anywhwere I can cut my hair while I'm naked if I want...try that at your local place

$15-$20 depending where I go. It honestly should be less than that, all I do is get it buzzed and it usually takes 10 minutes tops. :embarrassed:
