Afternoon all

Eeeeee. It's just like old times. I remember, when I were a young lad... *glazes_over_and_starts_dribbling*

...paging richierobins... paging richierobins...

the_hugette and her young chappie are coming round this evening; it's her birthday tomorrow. My youngest child will be twenty-five.
One of the gifts that we have bought her is this:
1-ocd-cutting-board.jpg

which I think is great, although it pains me to admit that mrs_huge found it from an ad in the weekend papers. :embarrassed:

Afternoon all. Band practice tonight that I've not had enough time to get certain songs ready for so that's going to go down like a lead balloon. To top that off, I'm away in Sweden for work for the next two work weeks coming back for gigs on each weekend with no other chance to rehearse.

You need one of these:

One of these:

And a pair of earphones.

I never travel without them. The Steinberger Spirit is a 'proper' guitar with a full sized neck that just happens to be small enough to be accepted as cabin luggage by every airline I've ever flown with – apart from those cunts at EasyJet

You can pick them up for about £200 and if you do a lot of traveling for work / business they certainly help pass the time in the evenings once you feel you've exhausted the pay-per-view pr0n options :embarrassed:

sciencemuseumshop.co.uk was where I got it from. mrs_huge saw it advertised in the 'indescribablyboring' at the weekend

I'm afeared to look at that site, I *know* I'll see many many things I need.

I know this is old news to the_huge (The stuff he puts on facebook, you *wouldn't* believe it, I digress) but I became a grandfather in March

So I made M'daughter a card:

Speaking of geeky stuff, I considered getting this:

Since I have been a web designer and use computers I have become the designated family tech support guy, despite the fact that I don't know more about computers than the average joe
