what's that 2nd last one?
can't make it out

love that fiery Jackson.

every guitar should have a finish like that:wink:

The blue one is a steinberger GS7TA. One of their rare models with a headstock and a trans trem. The pinkish one below that is an Ibanez RG7421 7 string.

Sorry for the shitty cell phone camera pictures. I should really take some proper photos sometime.

s'all good.
I assumed it was a Steinberger, but that headstock threw me for a loop.

pretty nifty!

hey, did you just sneak in an Ibanez Roadstar(?) in there?
I used to have one of those.
not so fancy as that one, mind ya...

Yep. An old roadster II. Sort of the very beginnings of the ibanez superstrat.

Its one of those "Chibanez" Jem copies. But this must have been one of the better ones as it plays REALLY well---and actually has a truss rod that works. I bought it used about a year ago. I made my own pickgaurd that was a little more accurate than the aweful one that cam with it. I bought an Ibanez pickgaurd to use as a guide and had to interpert the lines using the guitar body as you can imagine being a copy its not dead on to a real IBBY body. Its also made of real wood (as evidence by a chunk missing off the back), not plywood like alot of them are. Future planes are to paint the headstock white, add a matching red truss cover and replace the hardware and pickups (have a texas special for the middle already). I bought it for $100 shipped off of HCEG forum last year, i figure i'll have $350is in it all said and done. I could never afford a real one, so this is as close as i'll get. And I can have fun with it and not worry.

The bottom is my trusty old Westone for the Matsumoko factory circa 1987. Had this exact one as a kid, searched for mine or the exact copy for over 10 years before i found this one on Ebay. Always wanted cool colored pickups as a kid and never could afford them, but I can now (am i too much 80's? LOL). Has Dimarzio super distortion and Tex Mex bridge and neck pickups in it.

Thank you for asking---you know how it goes, they all have stories.

Thats cool...I've never heard of "Chibanez" guitars...is that an actual company or just a general term for chinese Ibanez copies?

This was the first expensive guitar that I bought. $600 in 1984

I had this a few years ago, but I looked stupid as hell playing it
