I just got a message from Devon; the guitar is ready and he is going to Boston early this week and wants us to meet up so I can get the guitar. 
This will save on shipping and be a safer (and faster) way of getting it. Look for a NGD report soon.

I am not sure what I'll do there. I could use one of the two for standard tuning and the other for open D, leaving Dreamer to be a "beater" guitar for places I wouldn't want to take a more expensive guitar. Or I might decide that the new guitar is all that and I don't need two high-end acoustics. Either way I don't intend to rush into a decision since I was able to come up with cash for the new one.Sooooo....if you decide to sell the J-45.......
Devon just advised that he expects to be going to Boston next Monday; we can meet right on the Mass Pike at a travel plaza near me. He won't even need to leave the Pike.

Along the Pike there are "travel plazas" that offer gas, food, convenience store, and restrooms. Very handy but high-priced.

So I will meet Devon in the early afternoon at the Ludlow plaza. NGD is about 24 hours away.
