Anyone else satisfied with what they have?

The face of emmaporkchop
I'm officially burnt out from buying, selling and trading. I sold off some guitars and an amp last week and figured I'd get one to replace them and be finished. I had quite a budget to work with but happily in the end I chose to get a used TV Jones Spectra Sonic and will have money to put towards our vacation next summer.
I'm hoping this is the end of 30 years of buying and selling. Figured I'd share pics of what I'm ending this cycle with. Not pictured are amps & pedals, a black Fender Jazz bass, and a couple guitars I got when my step father passed and a couple acoustics.
By the way, anyone have experience with that model of TV Jones guitar?

At this point, I am. I will still buy and sell for cash. But as far as guitars I'm keeping, I'm good. In fact, I'm putting a few more on the market soon.

I'm pretty much happy with my setup.
The guitars, and amps I have cover my needs.
A bass would be nice,or one more pedal board.

My gigging setup has hardly changed in 15 years, aside from adding a comp pedal and replacing (sometimes upgrading) when things stop working.

As far as guitars, almost...I have a lower end Martin 000-12 that I'd like to upgrade...

I'm considering an amp kit unless Fender comes out with a Tonemaster version of the Princeton...

But the studio is another story...the "I want" is strong in there...

I'm actually surprised I'm over getting "studio" gear, that can get out of hand easily, whether it's guitar gear or just recording gear.

Yes for years now.

I was pretty much there when I went a played a bunch of strats thinking it would be better to buy a "good one like MIA" rather than putting money into refretting my MIM one. I refretted the MIM

I’m happy with what I have right now for gear. I don’t really need anything…and I’d actually like to clear out a few things I just don’t use much.

My pile of guitars has grown to be pretty massive.

I'm satisfied but curious...

There are a couple of guitars types that I would like to try but I'm not really working hard to make it happen. If it happens, it will be on impulse.

I've pre-ordered a couple of things that are due to ship soon and those were total impulse, "YouTube" made me do it, type of purchases, but neither is anything that I really need or want.

I really should sell off some stuff that' snot getting used at all.

I'd like a P90 guitar but don't need it. Otherwise I'm good.
I'd like to go back to pedals and an amp or sell my gigboard and get the MX5 but I don't need to.
Want, yes, need, no.

with the recent purchase of the Egnater Rebel 30, i'm in a good place gear wise.
now if i could just find the motivation to do something with this gear besides noodle around.

Im well satisfied with my main stuff.
Upright-Its holding up well and I got it set up to my liking. Its my main money maker.
Starfire bass-for when I dont play upright
My old 83' Carvin DC-Its sentimental and a great Jerry/Dead guitar.
Partso Tele-cause everybody needs a Tele of some kind.
Pro Jet with T-Armonds-Its become my preferred single coil guitar.
White Falcon w TVJ Classics-Does it all pretty much from rock to jazz to country.
My old D28-we've been thru a lot together and she sounds better every year.
Recording King 000-my acoustic with a pickup.
Gretsch Jim Dandy-Campfire/dont care if I trash it little acoustic blues box.

Amps, Im good. Still own almost every amp I ever bought. Not lusting for anything else.

Got a few things I need to get rid of
One of 2 banjos, either the Gibson or the cheapie Gold Tone, dont really need both. I should prob sell the Gibson and buy a nice guitar or bass.
One of 2 "affordable mandolins". I prefer the A Style Alvarez, need to get rid of the F Style Oscar Schmitt, never been happy with the set up on it.
2 cheap Strats, a partscaster and an Affinity

Theres a few things I would really like to add to the collection
A Ric 4003, really miss the one I used to have
A nice 2 HB LP or 335 style guitar
Something with P90s. Probably a Casino, but I could make do with an SG or LP.
I would love to own a really nice J45.
