We did have a few warmer days in January...but now...

Snow three days last week as well....

Of course they is pretty low budget compared to what Chicago, Buffalo, and MN are getting.

And it is actually warmer today...well 27 warmer...

10" of snow is coming tomorrow night. I'm likely to snap at any moment.

Compared to what our normal winters are, this one has been rather long, cold and annoying.

Nothing but chilly drizzle forecast for this week. Bleah.
 
Very old. I got snow yesterday and more lined up for tonight and later in the week.

I should be seeing early spring weeds by now.

That has been the one strange thing here. We are getting snow - but it is in manageable amounts. Usually 1" - 4" at a time. But not far from here they got 21" in one day...
 
This crap was old a month ago. On top of the cold there is some BS propane shortage giving the gas company reason to jack up my propane cost. Friggin $800 for 250 gallons of propane.

Same here, I got luck and filled up before polar vortex #1 at $2.10 a gallon. The neighbor just needed a fill up and they charged him $5.35 a gallon. They also would only give him 200 gallons. I'm glad I've got a lot of firewood on hand.

Your lucky. They got me for $3.20 a gallon. Last year I paid $1.80. I think there is some major price gouging going on.
 
well, back from teh bank/store run, vodka in hand.
it didn't feel all that cold out, really.
guess I'm used to it.
 
No. We have had so little snow that it has hardly seemed like winter. We are getting some now, and did a few days ago. I hope it means we are getting in a pattern for regular snow for a while.
 
they haven't been able to groom the sled trails here for lack of snow.
I don't get that, as my yard is well over a foot or two deep in the damn stuff...
