I love the Allmans, some Skynyrd, Govt Mule, Black Crowes, ARS, Blackberry Smoke, etc. Some others have never appealed to me.

Southern Rock absolutely ruled the 70's. Great songs, 2-3 guitars, what more could you want?

Yeah, there were some duds, but for the most part they certainly were better than the disco affected bands.

Just one example of a great, timeless 70's SR album.
