Definitely worth it. Whisky, our whisky, is the drink of the gods.

Thinking about it, I may even dig one out of the booze cabinet after this bottle of prosecco.:embarrassed:

To be clear, which is your whiskey? Are you over in Scotland? I should probably know that, but don’t.
 
now you guys have got me drooling for some Buffalo Trace. (if i can find some):eek:
i know it's not in the same class as what you're talking about, but i like it.

I've been enjoying Michter's Rye, one of my favorites.

I've poured a few Glenfiddich XX I must have been given as a gift.

It's pretty bland but I've just checked the bottle and it's 47% so I'll probably love it in another few sips :embarrassed:

I've not had a Glenlivet in years so can't say wether I'm partial or not.

My go to are Islays but going through my cupboards it's clear a bottle is a too obvious a Christmas present for me because it's full of Highlands and Speysides I'm indifferent about.

Still, OK whisky is awesome :grin:
 
It is with sadness that I announce this special bottle from my brother for my Bday is finished. Poured the last two shots, neat, and am enjoying it while working through @Mark Wein’s lesson on So What. So, I will be getting to the store to get a replacement bottle of my other go to basic fav, the stout edition Caskmates like @mongooz just opened. But meanwhile, will enjoy this tonight.
