Tonight I've got a gig at Muldoons in Newport Beach, but before then my son is testing for his Orange belt. Not sure what the rest of the weekend holds.
 
I've still got to finish unpacking from my trip that I got home from a week ago. :grin:

Also golf and photo processing and margaritas.
 
Tonight: dinner with gf's dad for his birthday

Tomorrow: dinner with gf's mom for her birthday

Sunday: no birthday dinners thank the flying spaghetti monster.
 
I am working all weekend...:mad:

and an interesting note pertaining to the title of this thread I once punished my children for not doing their chores by making them watch the entirety of "Breakin 2: electric Boogaloo".

I'm taking a drive out to Red Rock state park here just outside of Vegas. It's supposed to be pretty killer.
 
Took off day work today. Working at home. Check this out. For my 6 year old granddaughter for her upcoming birthday.

I get to take the transmission out of my blazer on Saturday so I can trade the core for a discount on the new one.
When the new one will actually get purchased and installed? Who knows. This is the only weekend available for the next month to get anything done on it though.
Sunday, bourbon. I think I'm gonna go try out that Bulleit Mark posted a little while back. That or Buffalo Trace. I'm new to bourbon so we'll see.

Wife is showing a horse at Gold 'n Grand this weekend, so father-in-law is helping run things at the stable while I take care of the kid. Not a huge change for me, although I think I'm going to head out to the show on Saturday and Sunday to take pictures and such. :)
 
Nothing much tonight. Tomorrow I work at the office until 4:30; in the evening the church is having a spaghetti supper. Being a Unitarian Church, they will, of course, have a vegetarian option. I really hate spaghetti, but will put up with it for the cause. Sunday morning we'll go to church and guess which possible religious celebration the service will vaguely allude to. I love being a Unitarian. :grin:
 
I'm finally going to dinner with a woman I met almost a month ago.

Then we've already planned to go out again next Saturday to Cirque du Soleil (ordered the tickets last night, in fact,) then dinner afterwards. So, second date confirmed before the first date even begins.
 
Headed to my parents tonight for a birthday dinner, then tomorrow my wife and kids arrive for the week. I couldn't ask for a better birthday present, I haven't seen them since January. This has been a hard few months, but they will be here for good in a June.

I've come down with a cold. I'll be splayed out on the sofa all weekend while my wife goes off to look at bluebonnets and god knows what else.

Had a meeting with customers today and took them out for lunch.
The restaurant had just launched a new menu which included:
Double Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger.
That's two frilled cheese sammiches in place of the bun.
A nice hand formed beef patty with bacon, cheese, and fried onions.
Yum.
I fell asleep at my desk this afternoon.
Gonna veg tonight.

Not much planned for the weekend.
