I used to see Ryan a bunch in Raleigh and Chapel Hill when he was still in Whiskeytown, and that was always our favorite term for what that area was producing back then.

Hello everyone. Man, I have had too much change for one year.

Anywho, got to jam with a bud last night. He is a bass player in a steady working cover band and also a good drummer. We goofed last night with him on drums and me playing guitar. It was fun, but not playing in a band has me very rusty.

well, it didn't turn out quite as bad as i thought... theres one or two blemishes where i handled it too soon, but i think i'll leave it... gives it character... pics...

Spent the evening recording in Dallas Sound Labs, in the room where SRV's Soul to Soul was recorded. The board is an old Neve that was used to record Hendrix and was once owned by EVH.
