I didn't realize they changed it, I haven't been on there in months. It's horrible. Didn't they learn their lesson the first time they changed it? I mean I understand their current format wasn't working for them but the new format isn't working for the users.

well, it seems to be more of a "customer service" issue at this point. FOlks ain't happy. If they make some changes quickly over the next few days it might be a different story though.
