Rare roast beef on a toasted sub roll, swiss cheese, with bacon bits and fine cut onions. Choice of Heinze 57 or a thick beef gravy on top. :letseat:
 
My favourite is lightly toasted bread with butter, sweet pickle relish, lettuce, cheddar, and about a dozen slices of bacon.
 
From about 78-81, I worked in a restaurant on State St in Madison, and when I would open on a Sunday morning, I would not infrequently make myself a bacon, egg, and cream cheese sandwich on oat bread. Either that or a glass of champagne and a pot-de-creme!
