So, what's everybody doing for the holiday's?

Any cool trips, get together's or what not?

We're not doing much until after the new year. Til then, we'll be hanging out at home doing our own thing. From Jan 2 through Jan 11, we'll be at a ski resort type thing up in Utah where I fully plan on injuring myself in some typically spectacular fashion. :grin:

Either way, it will not end well.
 
Nothing here, really. Just spending Xmas at home with my wife and kids....and my parents are coming over for the day. I'll be glad to be done with the week of like 50 holiday parties, raging from lame old people gatherings to a party that ended in a topless karaoke thing.
 
We celebrated the holiday yesterday. We're done.

This weekend I need to clean up the yard. Plus there's the laundry.
 
Tonight is a party at Lino's house. Christmas Eve at my parents' house. Christmas day at our house. We both have Monday off, then it's back to work on Tuesday.
 
Going to my mother-in-laws for the dinner/present opening festivus.
Christmas Day we're hosting (we hosted Thanksgiving, are you crazy Mrs. Bomb?)
 
Dinner here with the kids on Christmas Eve.
Maybe drop in to a friend's place afterwards - they do an open house thing every year.

Christmas day - hang out all day, I think...

I have Monday and Tuesday off, then back to work until the weekend.
 
Probably spending x-mas eve alone getting healed up, maybe catch Girl With the Dragon Tattoo in the morning. Heading to my folks house on x-mas to eat and watch NBA with my dad.
 
Just the family stuff with the Mrs. and Son.

Nothing outrageous. Company has Monday off. Taking Thursday and Friday off for self.
 
Spending christmas eve with my kids, christmas day just by myself, probably be making hot wings, watching movies, and playing guitar.
 
Our "Three Days of Christmases" are the same as every year.... drive 4 hours to Saginaw Mi, then an hour to Lansing, then hour and a half to Coldwater, and hour back Home, my Sister and her Circus of Children will be invading our house.

Then back to work...


New Years will be fun.... Trump International Plaza in Miami right on the Ocean. :grin:

Then a week visiting relatives in the Naples/Fort Myers/Pine Island areas on the Gulf side.


Oh, and don't even think about breaking into my house while I'm gone.... the guitars will all be locked in cases in a different city... and I've hired a house sitter to watch the kitties. :tongue:

Well...with mom in the hospital (again) the usual family gathering may be cancelled or postponed indefinitely...
 
At my brother's tomorrow (for some odd reason we celebrate on the 24th).

Gig on the 26th, work on the 28th. Other than that I'll do my best to kill my liver with various friends. :embarrassed:
 
I'm going to Sun Valley for Christmas. I will be home over the weekend, then working both skiing and law next week til the 1st. Dinner with family and friends on Christmas day. My daughter is in a local production of "A Christmas Carol" loosely based on the special (and music therein) featuring Kelsey Grammer a few years back. Fun to watch her. She seems so grown up at 8 years old.

Especially with all the old Christmas music, I am missing my Dad. But I will celebrate the memories of all the fun times with him with my own family at home.

We have some friends who didn't have anything to do for Xmas, so I am smoking a turkey for dinner.

Then we're spending New Year's Eve in New Orleans. Should be fun.
 
Dinner out with my Mom and Sister tomorrow, then their place for the Ham thing and gifts on Sunday. They're pretty much the only local family, so we'll spend most of the weekend with them. Then I no go back to work 'til Thursday :grin: :az:
