Your favorite album from...The Crüe

The first album is a really great piece of SoCal punk-glam. It holds up.

That is my favorite. Some kid gave me a copy of it as a birthday present on my 12th birthday

Without criticizing the band as a defense mechanism for not knowing any of their songs, let me just say that I don’t know any of their songs.

It's been decades since I've listened to any of them, but it would have to be Too Fast for Love or Shout at the Devil. They lost me when Home Sweet Home came out.

That would be "Too Fast for Love." Great first record. I, however, prefer "Shout at the Devil." It's the first record of theirs that I heard. It's the record that got me into them and into the whole metal genre. Soon thereafter, I was sporting a mullet and an earring and listening to RATT, Crue, Dokken, Maiden, Stryper, Whitesnake, etc.
"Theater of Pain" was the last Crue album I really dug. After that, they lost me.

That will be an easy one for me to remember now.
