I got an email from Zzounds telling me that they see a PRS in my future. I don't see any electric guitar in my future, but I know for sure that a PRS is something that I would never buy. I am sure they make good guitars and I kinda like the birds but I just can't deal with the body of 99% of them. They had one Santana Abraxas guitar I liked, keeping it from reaching 100%

I was gonna bust your balls and link you to Zzounds listings for PRS acoustics... But they don't carry them?

I don't see anything about PRS acoustic guitars that make them stand out, and there's a number of great acoustic brands out there. PRS would be very low on my list of acoustic guitars.

Cataracts are slowly taking over my field of vision. Still, I’d have to be completely blind to go with most PRS guitars. I don’t care for bird inlays. I don’t like the headstock. And, many of them are too gaudy for my taste.

I’m sure PRS makes some fine guitars, but they aren’t for everyone. More than 90% of them are not for me. Yet, who knows. I could end up with PRS without bird inlays and a plain finish one day. Never say never.

You don't got to be too good looking to spot those birds. I like birds though.
I would check out their acoustics if they had beveled armrests and cutaways.

Oh, I'm not endorsing them, having never actually played one. That was more in response to your point of not having an electric guitar in your future.

But I'm also sitting here typing this post with my recently acquired PRS SE Holcomb in my hands. LOL
