If you are talking about the three fellas with cow bow hats then yeah that was my take too. The three of them look like actually real deal Wrangler wearing folk. They got them long Wrangler jeans and shirts although guy in the back has more of a Village People Cowboy stash so he might be questionable :embarrassed: but certainly guy to left of mic looks authentic…. The gig was very fun. It was originally supposed to be us backing up Daisy (the singer) for some of her originals and we were going to do our usual thing and then it turned into us learning all of these songs. Dead Flowers, The Road Goes on Forever, Waterloo, Ramble On and Ain't Much Left of Me were all dropped for time constraints. But not before I had to learn them all.

The singer is a girl who grew up here and moved to Nashville for college and stayed there and is now working on Broadway singing shifts at Tootsies Orchid Lounge while she's working on demos and stuff. He dad is an old friend of our drummers so this was partially done as a favor. She did a great job entertaining the crowd and sang for two and a half hours with just a one-song break. For 23, she's a warrior.

I played the tele for most of the show and used the Les Paul for a couple of tunes that needed a capo. I built a preset on the FM3 that used my '59 Bassman sound for most of the tones, a HiWatt for the Fleetwood Mac tune and a JTM45 for a few dirtier lead sounds. Learning this much music for one show kind of sucked but we were discussing getting a local singer to maybe start playing country gigs since we're most of the way there anyway and we have 8-10 other country songs in our All Star Trio repertoire.
 
That's a fun-looking set! Good mix of material. Oh man, I wish you'd got to do the Blackberry Smoke one. I was really curious as to how it would go down.
 
Well, since you played the Kid Rock rip off of "Werewolves of London" and "Sweet Home Alabama", you can't complain about playing "Reggae Freebird".

This is just the intro for a much bigger video that I'm working on but its the preset I built for the gig. Most of the sounds at '59 Bassman. The rhythm guitar track is just the clean on my bridge pickup. First lead is that sound with an Xotic RC Booster, the second is the JTM45 Marshall with a TS808 tube screamer. There is a tremolo sound on the bridge (bassman) a clean lead with the bassman, MXR dyna comp and slap echo and the rock sound is the JTM45 with the Xotic BB Booster. The chord progression is from Maren Morris's song "My Church" which we played on the show. The bass guitar is also through the clean '59 bassman but with the delay turned off.
