One great thing about the PZp is on the side there are some discreet controls where you can add or remove a piezo boost with a tiny (need a screwdriver) adjustment. That way you can use the 1/2 channels for different settings for different guitars. You can also set it to blend the two inputs.

Pure Mini. I know the K&K pre would work, but it's pretty basic and I'd like a couple more options, especially a notch filter.

Yeah, the plan was to be able to switch between the acoustic sand either the Gissentar or mandolin. Otherwise I'd also consider the PZ Deluxe.
