Help!I'maRock!

I used to wear them in high school but I haven't worn them in a long time. I have really high arches and I've discovered that if I want a good athletic shoe that prevents injury that I need to spend over $100 on something that looks like it would be better worn at a rave![]()
i have flat feet. most sneakers hurt pretty bad after a while. its one of the reasons i'm so on and off with my exercise routines. i need to just work through the pain for a week, and it'll get better afterwards.
