Happy to see I am at the top of the list! Here's some New England shellfish jambalaya that I did awhile back .... has lobstah, scallops, mussels, crab, shrimp, and a bit of monkfish. Seasoned well with onion, garlic and habaneromash. No word of a lie I ate the whole damn pot over 3-4 days. The stuff just got better as it sat.
