I order blue cheese with my wings, fries and celery... but I never dip my wings in the Blue cheese... just the celery and fries.

I was expecting you to post that you dip them in a combination of vinegar, karo syrup, and orange marmalade.

I like a combo of ketchup and mustard with some pepper sprinkled liberally over them..

But I'm not too picky, heck, I'll even go dutch style.

I never "dip".

I usually apply malt vinegar.

Acceptable alternatives are poutine (cheese curds plus gravy) or chili/sour cream.

Sprinkle some salt and I'm good to go.

BUT!

If I'm at Red Robin I need their campfire sauce for them. Holy shit is that good.

There is actually a solitary exception to my 'no dipping' policy - if I'm eating at McDonald's, I dip fries in the sweet & sour sauce. But that's a 1-2 times per year kinda deal.

I like doing a ketchup & mayo based sauce with some peppermash or other zip in it. It's like russian dressing. I like using flavored salt mixes too.
