As some know, i got Reason/Record a bit ago. Reason is a hugely complicated synth program. Before i wanted to start recording guitars and more "normal" stuff, i wanted to figure out how the electronic side worked, since i have ZERO experience with synths and waveforms and sampling and all that stuff.

So i put this together this week. Wasn't easy, i didn't have a midi keyboard or anything, so had to pencil in all the notes with a mouse. I tried sampling my voice, doing some filter automation, blah blah blah.

Anyway, here is my first real attempt. Be nice. Its my gift to the forum, and Mark especially. The song for the Spammer. :embarrassed:

Hey Kerouac. See what you created?

My hope is to mix the two eventually to a sort of Rammsteinesque type stuff.

Absolutely. Put some funky MS Paint artwork along w it and you'll have one a serious meme on your hands.

lulz. I still have a lot to learn. This thing is powerful but complicated. But i swear, im having a blast.

I dont know what that is. You don't have to stream it, you can download it, right?

I had a friend who died in a grease fire when I was a kid. :(

Just kidding, it was the smoke not the actual grease fire. :embarrassed:

Seriously, good job. I'm glad you're enjoying Reason. If you want I can email you a DVD of ReFills I have.

Oh that would be great dude! I'll send you my address. Thanks so much!

I actually messed around with Reason for the first time in ages, since I'm back to using this computer again albeit not just as a DAW anymore.

I have done a few things in Record, it's pretty simple, and all the reason stuff plugs right in. I really couldn't be happier.

I suppose i could start a propellerhead support thread, but i have a feeling it would get pretty lonely. Im on a couple Reason forums though.
