Honestly, it seemed like their were more chicks in the building at the time.

Sunday: first family bike ride with all four of us:

Friday, came home early for the AC repair tech that no showed. Changed strings on the new acoustic.

Saturday, rode 26 miles after turning back early. Damn the heat. The AC tech showed after we called but found no gas leaks.

Sunday, took a walk with Mrs. T on the converted golf course and took a nap before the Astros - Yankees game. Enjoyed a great game with the Astros winning from behind 3-1, even though I left my wallet at home. Mrs. T had cash so we were good.

Did a lot of chillin' and playing videogames. Had the house to myself, leaving for NL tomorrow, so I did a bit of packing as well.

The weekend kinda started on Thursday with a team meeting at a cottage up North along with 9 holes of golf.

Friday was a work day, but it was pretty quiet. Yet, I was waiting for something to pop up. So, it wasn't relaxing.
Went out to see the band and drank a handful of Magner's Pear Ciders. Great alternative to beer when you're thirsty and don't want to feel full.

Saturday - fixed the recliner love seat handle. Fixed my daughter's laptop. I forget what else...

Sunday - Played a bit of guitar, trying to get the hang of surf, but ended up sounding like southwest/tex-mex type stuff. Fun to play.
Watched The Bourne Identity because it was on TV.

This was very much a quiet weekend.

Friday - worked until 7:embarrassed:0 PM, went home and chilled.

Saturday - Got up at 6:30 to be at the office for the 8:embarrassed:0 AM appointment with the guy I mentioned in another thread. He didn't show. I did two other sessions, then went to the grocery store. Mostly took things easy.

Sunday - Church in the morning; Carol did the talk I sang a song. The rest of the day I just chilled out.

Quiet here, too.

Friday - worked in the Big City; stopped by CME after lunch.

Saturday - got up and did a 3+ mile walk/run, where I ran at least one of the three miles. Knew I would pay for it later. Grilled some chicken.

Sunday - yup - quads on fire, so it hurt to walk, especially downstairs. Wife had migraine, so I did no loud stuff. Pretty much sat around and did nothing other than take the dog out a few times. Watched Sunday night HBO.

I was exceptionally lazy on Saturday. Other than going out in the morning to get the grocery shopping done, I pretty much vegged out on the couch all day while it rained outside. I did play the Zombie Fender for an hour or so in the living room while Mrs. P was on the treadmill upstairs, but that's about the only constructive thing I did all day.

Sunday we took the dogs for a walk at Cedar Lakes and had to pretty much make our own path since there were so many trees down from Friday night's storm. After that we went to lunch, and after lunch I got the lawn mowed.

That's pretty much it.

Friday - I normally get off work at 11:embarrassed:0 and I had a bunch of errands to run. Didn't get off until after 3:embarrassed:0 and got almost no errands done. Played a gig with the country band Friday night. Pretty good show. Got to bed at about 2:30AM. I am too old to do that stuff any more.

Saturday - Had a relaxing day. Had a friend and her daughter over. We went ice skating and had a picnic at the park across from my apartment (very nice huge park). They left and I watched a bunch of anime and went to bed at a reasonable hour.

Sunday - Church in the AM. Stopped in a couple thrift shops on the way home and scored a $200.00 juicer in brand new shape for $10.00. Had the show with the rock band in the afternoon. Got home about 9:embarrassed:0. Ate and went to bed.

Friday - Got a bike ride in, did some minor yardwork and practiced some guitar.

Saturday - Backyard Jam Party. Chilled

Sunday - Secured a paid solo gig for July 3rd, bike ride and some music admin.

New pedal board and two sets of premium self indulgent show biz guitar histrionics.

Even though I gave it a luke warm review, the new and improved Jekyll & Hyde saved the night and the Strymon Dig was absolutely beautiful.

And then there were the two MILF dates who wouldn't shut the fuck up about their kids.

Friday: Had some kind of bug and felt like poop. Chilled and watched it rain buckets during the tornado watch.
Saturday: Still felt blah, and just chilled. Wife fixed a great meal and later played some guitar.
Sunday: Felt better. Showed and old farm property we're selling and found an old guitar in the barn that had been there without a case for 20 years. See acoustic guitar forum. Changed strings on my 8-string and polished the frets and went to bed. Wife cooked another great meal and ate with my middle son and daughter. Woman is a biscuit baking Queen.

Played golf. Went with Mrs. Roach on a Costco expedition, and survived. Actually that place kinda rocks, next time I'm going to score a bunch of wine and beer and food. Saw Kingsman.
Cooked a meal for us and Mom. Watched baseball. Studied a little French with Rosetta Stone. Man, French is a screwy language!

Fri. Drove 115 miles each way to take my wife to a family get together. Drove home just in time to grab a 15 minute power nap. Went to work. Ran into a problem I'm still trying to straighten out. I love it when the shift before us throws a bunch of shit in the air and we're just standing there and it suddenly starts landing on us.

Sat. Took wife to church. Went to Half Price Books and to GC. Got g.a.s. for a EH B9 organ pedal. Took a nap and went to work. Kansas and Little River Band on stage. Found out I won the greivence someone filed against me.

Sun. Went to pick wife up at work. Enroute she called to say she was gonna be late. Kept going up to the Dells. Wandered around downtown acting like a tourist. Had a slice at Rocky Roccoco's and a cone at DQ. Picked wife up. Went home. Stretched out on the couch and watched Crossroad's Guitar Festival 2014. Fell asleep. Woke up and went to work.

Wife was out of town at a conference so I had the kiddos all to myself. I took them down to my parents Friday night. Traffic was not nearly as bad as expected.

Saturday sucked. Stormy all day so no lake fun. Instead we went to see Inside Out. Pretty good flick.

Sunday a little fun in the lake then off to the airport to pick up my wife. Nothing too exciting this weekend.

Saturday: Worked the Quakes/Galaxy game at Stanford Stadium -- once again, the good guys beat the smog-breathing, water stealing scum!

When we got home, the Grateful Dead were still playing at Levi's Stadium (about 1/2 mile from my front door) and we could hear it quite clearly -- sounded dreadful...

Sunday: Wife's birthday. Gave her breakfast in bed, made her favorite cake (Boston cream pie) and took the family out to The Fish Market for lunch. Altogether, a very satisfying week!

That was a great sunset wasn't it Bsman

Saturday it was hotter than they said it was going to be so I decided not to cut the grass (or what's left of it) and leave it at least another week because it's suppose to be smokin hot here this week starting tomorrow and the longer grass holds moisture better. Watched the WWC instead. I liked the France/Germany game, thought France should have won and was somewhat disappointed it went to PK (I wish there was some other way to settle things but doing the hockey thing wouldn't work, those girls were pretty gassed after the 2 extra 15 min

Sunday longish ride (46 miles, 16mph, 2400' of climbing) so my legs were kind of tired after. It was a really nice day to ride, not too hot though it was warm enough on the last climb. I hit a new high speed record for a downhill section (I'm pretty slow downhill mostly) of 42 mph...it felt fast that's for sure. Big spaghetti dinner after and 1/2 a bottle of wine

friday - work
saturday - 6 mile hike in the rain, got soaked, so what. (we've had so much rain this month that lots of homes/businesses/towns are flooded)
sunday - 5 mile walk, NOT in the rain.

Friday-worked
