NO VACANCY
...aaaand Jim Cantore

Or is it the other way 'round?

Jim's such a dweeb. I like the guy, he's a total WX geek.

Too bad we banned him from the MS Coast

we get thunder snow every winter here......and it usually brings 10 inches+ when it does.

Seen it once. The Great Blizzard of '93. Biggist snow storm of my life.

Snowed so hard you couldnt see your hand in front of your face. When the lightning flashed it was like somebody set of a flashbulb right in front of your nose. I got around 3' w 5-6' drifts in the mountains of N. AL. Pine trees across the road every 50 yds. Snowed in for almost a week, out of power longer than that. Thank goodness I was prepared and had cigs, food, water, a camp stove. My well woulnt work of course, 5 gal bucket down to the pond hacking thru the ice with an axe for water to flush the toilet.

Wow, I've never heard of thundersnow. I'guess I have been a bit sheltered. Coming out of California, it was all about earthquakes.
