Shoulder last night.
What's for Lunch, you ask? Grilled chicken salad, with strawberries, cranberries, lemony vinaigrette type dressing, apple juice, stawberry sorbet, and ginger ale.
Shoulder minutes ago when I got home
Ankle and finger
And bandaged knee, wish I had one of it fresh, just trust me, it was deep. They had to check that it didn't go into the cartelidge or what not. Let me tell you, having liquid squirted under your kneecap is a painfull ass experience.
And my gear
Can you say BIG TROUBLE if I hadn't been wearing this?
