Fun fact: my body doesn’t process the red dye they use in all those awful canned pastas so the day after I eat a can it looks like I’m shitting blood. (also I have not actually eaten a can in over 20 years because it’s awful)

I actually watched a documentary about Chef Boyardee on YouTube and it was interesting. My kids still eat that crap. At least they'll eat something other than sugar.

I was fortunate that my mother refused to ever buy beef-a-roni. Except for that one time we begged for it. Man, she was right and we learned… That is some awful stuff.

Oddly, Spaghetti-Os, Alphaghetti, and derivatives were not that bad. I think the sauce was just better. It wasn’t great, but it was tolerable.

Thinking about eating three of them sets off my reflux. I'm good for two chili dogs, about twice a year, and I still regret it afterwards. The beefaroni dog looks like a fraternity initiation.
