Summer Recordingfest!!!

I got most of the guitars, bass and drums done on my song yesterday. I even pulled out my Rickenbacher 620 for the first time in the better part of a decade and was reminded why I'll never sell the guitar even though I almost never play it....now I have to find time to sing...
 
I still don't know if I'm going to have anything, have been working 7 days a week and not much time to either play or record. Have tomorrow off, and am hoping to work on it as much as I can, but have a lot of other things to do too. I'd say it's 50/50 whether I'll have anything in time.

Looking forward to hearing what everyone else comes up with, though.
 
Forget it. My stupid submission is a train wreck. :mad:

I'm not sure mine will be in on time - am struggling with lyrics, they're coming out lame...
 
I might not make it in time, may be a day or two late.
And it will probably be a half done mix. :embarrassed:

I just did a remix on my Beatle song....it previously failed the car cd player test (despite the fact that my car CD speakers are iffy...). The remix sounds a bit better.

Mark, depending on how stringent you are about the songs having been recorded specifically for this, you should have one song that I actually did for this, and 3 that were previously recorded.

I'll leave it up to you on whether to post them all or not.

I'll probably post them all....we aren't going to have as many submissions as last time....
