I would bet there is some random artifact tag in the file that is wrongfully IDing the song.... iTunes used to do that to me when I would cut a remix of a DJ song and it would think I uploaded a John Denver song or some stupid nonsense.

I'm just pissed that this could happen and what if someone makes a claim against my original content? Apparently it's easier to make a claim that refute it.

FWIW I got the same message when I posted some of my cover band's concert videos. They popped out in a day or two, so I suspect there is some automated process that looks for key words. There was no follow-up or anything on those videos, either. Just the one message telling me that I "may" have posted licensed content.
