I think now's a pretty good time to quit with forums altogether. Or at least cut waaaay back. I joined there in Dec 2005. That's like 4 1/2 years of my life. I think it's about time to move on to something else, maybe drinking heavily.

It would be interesting to see if there's actually as major exodus or not. A lot of the people in MAPS seemed to have their panties in a twist, but thena gain don't they always?

I'll probably stay loyal to GJ. Even if everyone did move over here, I do admittedly enjoy the occasional shitfest, and this will never be (or never should be) the place for that. There should always be a place for 500+ post shred vs flog threads, in which Jimmy James and Sad Navigator call each other names. I've had 10 years of that, and am not eager to let all of that history die. If my disposition was a less resilient one, then yeah, I'd probably say "fuck that forum!" as well.
