The Tascam trainer. I know they make one for mp3 now. Not sure if the CD trainer is still made.

I use the POD HD 500, which can function as a sound card on your PC and you can play MP3 and streaming content through their audio out, including the headphone jack.

Guitar Rig can do something similar with the built in tape decks but it's limited to files on your PC.
