They won't give a reason to "protect their methods" Anyone have any other advertising suggestions? I've filed an appeal but that might not mean anything.

Hope it wasn't something I did. I've been car shopping (looking at Fiat 500, Mazda3, etc.) , so I've literally been clicking on every car ad this site throws at me in the hopes that it will steer me to some good deals. Clicked on a few, and pretty soon every ad here was a car ad.

I would doubt that was it, although you can never be sure. The point of having ads is for people who are shopping to find what they are looking for and thats what you were doing. I'm sure everyone does stuff like that when they are looking for something specific.

And to be honest, our ad revenue was down quite a bit the last couple of months so it couldn't have been someone on the forum clicking away like crazy.
 
Looking at other options this morning. I've applied or asked for information for eBay partners and some other ad network.
 
I hadn't noticed because I'm a paid member of the forum. I hope you can restore the finance chain because I know not everyone is warm and fuzzy about the membership option.
 
Damn!

I had my account suspended because one of my sites.
No real reason given. So, I just yanked that sire out of my adsense account and carried on.

I still have to sort at that thing I tried to do a while back.
I didn't forget it. I just forgot to remember.

I had contributed, but not an actual membership, yet. That'll change today :).
 
Mark, do you have a link for the paid member (uh huh...huh huh huh...) signup? I can't seem to find it.
 
I found the "donate" button, but I also though there was a paid membership section, as well...either way, it's all good!

A couple of other folks did the same this morning and I appreciate that greatly. I'm hoping that we can get this sorted out with Google but the appeals form I filled out basically said that they "might get back to me within a week" so we'll see.

The paid membership is under Account Upgrades" in your user profile dropdown:
